As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for efficient order management and ensuring that every customer has a first-class experience.

The office is located in Handen, Haninge, with a desired start as soon as possible. You will initially be employed as a consultant through The Place, with good opportunities for extension or direct employment with the client company.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Answering and resolving customer inquiries via phone and email
• Handling questions related to orders, deliveries, technical issues, or similar
• Ensuring that customers receive quick, accurate, and clear information
• Documenting and following up on customer inquiries according to company procedures
• Developing and improving customer service processes and routines

Qualifications

In this role, we would like you to have the following:

• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both written and spoken
• Experience in service and customer management

• Start: As soon as possible, considering any notice period
• Employment type: You will initially be employed as a consultant through The Place, with the possibility of extension or transition to employment with the client company
• Working hours: Full-time with working hours Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 or 10:00 to 19:00
• Location: The headquarters is located in Handen, Haninge
